The contribution aims to analyze the distribution of legislative powers between State and Regions on hunting. In this regard, after rebuilding the legislative framework of the subject, it offers a reasoned reading of constitutional law both before the reform of Title V, and after the same. Such an excursus offers a reinterpretation of the hunt as part of the wider safeguard of the environment and ecosystem, as well a re-reading of this issue as a constitutional value.

Abstract
