Economia e Politica Agraria

The text aims to raise awareness of the characteristics of the agricultural sector, its evolutionary process and the new role that agriculture and the agri-food system are taking in the context of the national and global economy, in light of the recent guidelines of the Community agricultural policy (CAP), facing the increasingly needs of consumers' quality and food safety. It is proposed to offer a key to understanding the principles and tools of Agricultural Economy and Policy, in the interpretation of the role that it plays for the Society.

Il testo mira a far conoscere le caratteristiche del settore agricolo, il suo processo evolutivo ed il nuovo ruolo che l'agricoltura ed il sistema agroalimentare stanno assumendo nel contesto dell'economia nazionale e globale, alla luce dei recenti orientamenti di Politica agricola comunitaria, di fronte alle esigenze, sempre più sentite, di qualità e sicurezza alimentare dei consumatori. Si propone di offrire una chiave di lettura per la comprensione dei principi e degli strumenti dell’Economia e Politica Agraria, nell’interpretazione del ruolo che essa svolge per la Società nel suo divenire.
