Mensuração da interdisciplinaridade nos cursos de graduação em Administração

The article proposes a model for measuring interdisciplinarity in undergraduate courses in Management. The electronic survey was carried out in the courses evaluated by Enade 2009 and the data treated by Factor and Conglomerate Analysis. The average interdisciplinarity of courses in relation to the factors dimensioned in the model was 2.63 on a scale of 0 to 10, considered low, that is, everything indicates that interdisciplinary projects are scarce in the Administration courses in the Brazil. The factor analysis revealed a high correlation index between the data and 17 variables gathered two measurement dimensions: “organization” and “didactic”. With the analysis of clusters it was found that the group that presents courses with greater presence of the articulation variable is the one that obtained better rates of interdisciplinarity.
