Last title of the Edice 69 series, Emilie reaches me in a dream is a short surrealist text written by Jindřich Štyrský in 1933. Published as a private print, Emilie Comes to Me in a Dream belongs to the Štyrský's 'erotic' phase, here the research on sexuality and the psyche intersects with erotic desire and artistic creation. Emilie comes to me in dreams is an ambiguous text that envelops the reader in a space-time governed by the dream-memory of the narrator. Before the eyes of the reader appear imagines of female bodies and objects that belong to the dream, to the desire, to the memory of as fetishist as much melancholic narrator that overlaps with the figure of Jindřich Štyrský. Translated into French, German and English, Emilie comes to me in a dream now appears for the first time n Italian too. They complete this edition, which reproduces the original 1933 composition with the afterword by Bohuslav Brouk and collages by Štyrský himself, translations of four dreams by Styrsky.
