This paper analyses the problem of non-being and being as negation of nothingness by focusing on the conceptual difficulties that preside over its structure. The dialectical theme of being as negation of itself, i.e. through the inclusion of nothingness as negated, would make it possible to overcome the aporia of non-being, proceeding beyond the (neo)Eleatic instance, towards neo-idealistic sense of non-being as actuality or negation intrinsic to being.

Abstract
This paper analyses the problem of non-being and being as negation of nothingness by focusing on the conceptual difficulties that preside over its structure.
